Dr. Emmanuel Ehimen Okoh, as the Chairman, leads the Board of the great citadel of learning “Doremma Schools”. He is purposefully & passionately driven by a vision under the auspices of God to nurture children and youth alike to realise their God-given potential.
The humble and diligent Dr.E. E. Okoh was the Assistant Procurement Manager at Airline Services & Logistics Plc (ASL), Ikeja, Lagos where he worked from December 1997 to November 2008. While in ASL, he served as a member of the Company’s in-house training team. He resigned his appointment with ASL in 2008 and together with his wife, he establishDoremma Schools which provided him an opportunity to bring his managerial acumen to bear on the operation of the school.
A business administrator by profession and a counsellor by God’s calling, Dr E. E. Okoh obtained his Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from Covenant University, Ota. He graduated from the University of Lagos (UNILAG) with a Bachelor (B.Sc. second class, upper division) &Master’s Degrees in Business Administration and Productions/Operations Management respectively. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria.
He has won several awards which include: a Certificate of Excellence for Meritorious Service as President of ASL Staff Multipurpose Cooperative Society, 10 – Year Loyal Service Award from ASL, integrity award: A Letter of Commendation with cash prize from ASL.
As a seasoned marriage counsellor, Dr.Emmanuel Ehimen Okoh often teaches the principles of a successful marriage in many churches and Christian organisations. He has also served as the Secretary of an ad-hoc planning committee of the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS), Ado/Odo Ota LG, Unit 8.
He and his precious wife (Mrs Doris N. Okoh – the Proprietress of the School) are the visionaries behind the founding of this great citadel of learning. His marital union is blessed with children.
